crabbinggg....

i like when my hubby went to da market alone! heeee..he bought crab for lunch today!!wweehhhooo.. n of course he asked me to cook his fav dish..what else..crab chilies!!

 i would to share da taste with u guys! here is da recipe..

ingrdients

3 crabs - cut into 2
1 table spoon turmeric powder
3 shallots*
2 garlics*
2 inch of ginger* (*pounded)
1 lemongrass - smash
4 table spoon chili paste
1 table spoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon thick soy sauce
1 egg
salt
sugar

methods

1. rub crabs with salt & turmeric powder & deep fry until cooked.
2. heat up a few tbsp oil & stir fry pounded ingredients* for 1 minute.
  add in chili paste & lemongrass & fry another 1 minute.
3. add in soy sauce & oyster sauce.
4. add in water. depends to the amount of gravy u prefer.
5. let it boil n salt to taste. add in a bit sugar as well to balance the taste.
6. poach in an egg n stir thoroughly. add in crabs.
7. mix da gravy with da crabs till coated.
8. immediately serve with rice!

w0ot..wo0t..it's a tea time!

heee..i heart tea time! makes me think a lot what to do for our tea menu..yesterday i baked cream caramel for our tea! tidak menegeciwakan langsung kaedah 'bain marie' or 'water bath' ni..usually people make cream caramel by steam it rite? but i like to use bain marie method. much much tastier coz da texture is so smoothy..

MEGA PROJECT!!!

huhuhu last week was da terrible week for me us! received order from my hubby cuzin that she wanted 600 cups of TAPAI PULUT..aaddooiii..byk tu!! for her dotter wedding on last saturday..unluckily, athirah plak demam for 3 days in a row..ponin den pk sapo la laei yg bule tulun den buek tapai ni ha..sib baik la omak den dtg dr ganu..kalo x, 100 bijik pon lom tontu bule siap eh! Alhamdulillah tapai tu siap la jugak..we took bout 2 days to finish da tapai!

Annual Dinner cum Opah's Bday Party!

hhhmmm..been a week x update blog! soooooo bz with order, family n athirah had fever..last sunday we managed to gathered our family members to have an annual dinner at village view bangi..this annual dinner actually held for opah's bday party as well memandangkan opah n atok ade kat KL ni kan..hehehe.. n i sempat snap a few pics only..da rest byk with my BIL..
